The Rev. Tim Heflin is a priest of the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana.  Fr. Tim serves as the Associate Rector of Trinity Church & Chaplain to Trinity Episcopal Day School. Prior to his call as priest, Fr. Tim served variously as Executive Director, Chaplain, and Bereavement Counselor for hospice programs in southside Chicago, the ski country of western Colorado, and the Northshore region of Louisiana. Prior to his hospice work he was the director and volunteer recruiter and manager of a medical clinic for homeless and low-income persons in his native Jackson, Mississippi, and completed seminary internships in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City and as student chaplain at Trenton State Prison (New Jersey's maximum security prison). Fr. Tim is a graduate of Mississippi College, where he studied colonial American history, and later earned a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Seminary.
