What motivated you to become a teacher?
I was motivated to become a PreK teacher because I wanted to instill a love for school, learning, and God in each of my students.  My motivation to teach is stirred by the look on
my students' faces when they learn something or try something new for the first time.  It is so gratifying to see them running into the classroom each day with huge smiles and great
big hugs for me.

Why did you choose to teach at Trinity?
We fell in love with Trinity when we moved Katie here for the 1st grade. I was truly impressed with the progress our daughter made  in her first year. The teachers' dedication to learning and
development is what drew me to Trinity. I wanted to be a part of Trinity so that I could do the same for other children.

What do you want your students to gain from you and your classroom?
I would like for my students to gain a love for learning that will last them a lifetime through a classroom characterized by acceptance and guided play. Since this is the first experience many children have with school, I feel it is important to help them become independent and confident in their social interactions and academic development.
