Committed to Diversity

At Trinity, we are committed to celebrating the diversity of our student body. We believe in the importance of recognizing and celebrating cultural traditions from all over the world. This includes our annual Holi celebration, which features traditional Indian cuisine, learning about the meaning of Holi, and a celebration of color! Everyone is welcome in the Trinity community.

Another way Trinity celebrates diversity and inclusion is through literature! Trinity has several author visits each year from a unique range of guests. This past year, we were delighted to have author Kentrell Martin join us. Kentrell proudly uses American Sign Language in his books. According to Kentrell’s website (https://shellysadventures.com/), “Growing up with a Deaf brother Kentrell saw how the world viewed Deaf people.  He created Shelly's Adventures so that he could introduce kids and parents to American Sign Language and Deaf culture.” Trinity is excited to offer opportunities to open our student’s eyes the beautiful diversity of the world we live in!
